We started the 2018 Breckenridge Tour under some cloudy skies and cool weather from the Garden of the Gods Nature Center on May 19th. Originally scheduled to have over 20 cars, we departed with 13 after a driver’s meeting and breakfast snacks. The day heated up as we travelled further into the mountains. Our first break was in Deckers and by the time we got to Kenosha Pass, we had mostly sunny skies. After traversing Hoosier Pass, we arrived in Breckenridge where we turned many heads as folks on the sidewalks pointed at numerous Porsches cruising Main St. We ended the tour in Dillon with lunch at Pug Ryan’s Brewery and a fantastic meal. Thanks to Mike Moore for leading the tour and Karl Klepfer for being the sweep.
