DESCRIPTION:Hosted jointly by the Alpine Mountain Region (AMR) and Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) of the Porsche Club of America \nNational Trainers: Dan Germain (Lone Star Region) & Mia Walsh (National HPDE Chair) \nThe 2026 National Instructor Training (NIT) will be run in conjunction with a one-day Solo HPDE. Participation is open to current instructors\, instructor candidates\, candidate mentors\, and Solo-approved drivers. \nFor Solo drivers\, this is a one-day HPDE—with no requirement to desire to be an instructor. Come out\, knock the rust off the rotors\, and enjoy some seat time. Car sharing is permitted\, provided BOTH drivers are approved Solo. Drivers considering future instructor development will gain insight into the national instructor training process. Lunch is included in your entry fee. \nFor Instructor Candidates – please ensure that you have been approved by either RMR or AMR to participate. If you have not been approved by either region\, please DO NOT sign up as a Candidate. \nSolo Drivers – Please register as SOLO HPDE DRIVER\nCurrent Instructors – Please register as CURRENT INSTRUCTOR/NIT\nInstructor Candidates – Please register as INSTRUCTOR CANDIDATE\nMentors – Please register under Current Instructor/NIT and indicate that you wish to volunteer as a Mentor. If you also wish to drive your car during a session\, please tick the box for the City of Pueblo per car fee. \nHotel Discount for Friday night at Courtyard by Marriott Pueblo Downtown – Last day to book at this rate is Friday\, March 6th.\nYou can call the hotel (719-542-3200 ext 2\, mention Porsche Club)  or use the link here to book your room. Rate: $115/night + taxes and fees.\nCourtyard by Marriott Pueblo Downtown  \nEligibility: \n\nAn AMR or RMR CDI must sign off on solo drivers. Your solo status will be verified and approved by the CDI team after you register.\nInstructor Candidates and Mentors (you have been invited but need to sign up)\nAll current AMR and RMR Instructors are encouraged to participate.\n\nRun Groups & Passing: \n\nRun groups will be determined by registration\, and solo drivers will not be combined with the NIT group.\nThere will be no instructor assignments; only passengers permitted are current instructors.\nAt least one run group will include expanded passing rules.\nPoint-by-passing required in all run groups (one car per point-by)\n\nTech: \n\nAll cars on track are required to have a valid AMR or RMR 30-day or 120-day tech form (if using 120-day form\, please bring a copy or page 3)\nNo on-site tech inspection.\n\nOther Details: \n\nLunch is included with registration.\nCity of Pueblo per-car\, per-day track fee applies and will be added at registration.\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent requirements\n\nSpeed Waivers  – Please sign the electronic Speed Waiver when prompted. Drivers that do not use Speed Waiver will be required to sing and dance and sign a form at Registration. \nTech Inspection: Please bring a completed  30-day or 120-day tech form with you to the event.
