“BEAT THE HEAT” HPDE — Pueblo Motorsports Park 
May 12th and 13th, 2018 

You spoke…We listened.  You love the Pueblo track and the events we hold there.  We hear you, we love it too!  We are returning to Pueblo Motorsports Park in May and the weather should be beautiful!!!  We’ve arranged for paid corner workers  again this year.   That’ll leave more time for instructors to work with their students, as well as allow our more experienced drivers to kick back and relax between run sessions.   So, no more haranguing from Control to meet at the equipment truck before you’ve even gotten out of your car.  More importantly, there’ll be more track time for everybody and a run schedule we can actually adhere to.  Remember, the driver meeting is MANDATORY and you need to be there at 8:00 am each day.  Beer:30 will commence as soon as the last group is finished and the track goes cold.

If you’re NEW to HPDE’s,  you will be assigned an instructor to teach the basics and will get plenty of seat time to practice what you’ve learned.  You’ll be in a run group with your peers, so you won’t be running in the same group as the more experienced drivers.  Instructors will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to register early, so we can pair you with an instructor. Novices are required to attend the Ground School that is held before each of their track sessions.  Everyone is welcome to attend the ground school, the times and meeting place will be announced in the driver meeting.

The host hotel is the Wingate by Wyndham, 4711 N. Elizabeth St., Pueblo, CO, 81008, (located just off I-25), about 4 miles from the track.  They are offering a special discount rate ($99.00)  for HPDE attendees.  When reserving, just ask for the “Porsche Club” rate.  The hotel is holding a block of rooms until April 27th, so reserve now by calling 719-586-9000!

The track charges a fee at the gate each day that cannot be included in our registration fee. Be prepared to pay $10 at the gate.
