The October membership social/board election will be held on Wednesday, October 18th at Edelweiss German Restaurant (34 East Ramona Ave. 80905). Drinks will start at 6:00 PM and dinner will be served from a limited menu at 6:30 PM. RSVP is required as space is limited to 60 people, so please contact Denise Jordan at denisej1@mindspring.com or 719-337-8425.
Once again, we will be collecting the following donations for Tri-Lakes Cares, which is an organization that is a community-based, volunteer supported, resource center whose purpose is to improve people’s lives through emergency, self-sufficiency and relief programs:

Also, Kathleen Lennon will continue to collect used grocery bags, so that she can crochet plastic mats for the homeless. It takes about 600 bags per mat. Please bring them to the social!
