It’s time to get our Cayennes and Macans a little dirty so join us for our annual AMR Off-Road tour. Of course, if you don’t own a Porsche SUV, all marques are welcome. This tour will be on Saturday, August 15th through some of our region’s most scenic vistas. The on-road portion of the tour will take us northeast through Pike National Forest passing through Woodland Park and Lake George, past Tarryall Reservoir, and then off-road up to Boreas Pass. The tour will end at the top of Boreas Pass which is a great place to have a picnic lunch. We are not planning an organized post-tour social.
We will depart at 8:30 am from Bear Creek Park Pavilions (west side of 21st Street) on Argus Blvd. Plan to arrive at 8:00 am for event check-in and a mandatory driver’s meeting PROMPTLY at 8:15. The tour LEAD will be Tim Veldheer and the tour is limited to 30 cars.
Registration closed on August 10, 2020.
IMPORTANT: In compliance with State of Colorado guidelines and in order to ensure our members’ safety, we must maintain social distancing. Additionally, it is a requirement that all tour participants wear a face mask while outside their vehicles. PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE TOUR WITH A MASK FOR EACH PARTICIPANT.
