AMR’s third tour of the 2020 season will be a spectacular run to picturesque Breckenridge, Colorado. Please join us for a great drive to one of Colorado’s most beautiful and scenic resorts. On this tour we’ll drive northeast through Pike National Forest passing through Woodland Park, Deckers, Kenosha and Red Hill Passes, then on through Fairplay, Alma and Hoosier pass, arriving in Breckenridge. Some great twisting roads and magnificent views await you and your copilot!
We will depart at 8:30 am from Bear Creek Park Pavilions (west side of 21st Street) on Argus Blvd. Plan to arrive at 8:00 am for event check-in and a mandatory driver’s meeting.
We are not planning an organized post-tour social. However, Breckenridge has many restaurants you may wish to visit on your own or you could bring a picnic lunch to enjoy at one of the town’s beautiful parks.
Registration cost is $10 per vehicle. Registration is closed.
IMPORTANT: In compliance with State of Colorado guidelines and in order to ensure our members’ safety, we must maintain social distancing. Additionally, it is a requirement that all tour participants wear a face mask while outside their vehicles. PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE TOUR WITH A MASK FOR EACH PARTICIPANT. Extra hand sanitizer, disposable gloves, trash baskets, disposable face masks and cleaners/disinfectants will be available at the start of the tour, but please bring your own. Participants and volunteers should stay at home if they are at higher risk for severe illness, or if they are sick or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, must stay home.
