Note: All AMR events are in CAPS.
We’re going…..BACK TO PIKES PEAK INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY!
It’s been since 2019 that we’ve been to PPIR for an HPDE – it’s time to go back and SHIFT INTO SUMMER!
Come on down to the closest track in town! Just a few minutes south of Colorado Springs, in beautiful Fountain, CO.
We will be driving 3/4 of the banked oval, with a quick drop into the challenging infield road course. When the facility was originally built it was touted as having the fasted oval track in the USA. Be part of history and drive part of that same oval. As always, our talented instructors will be on hand to safely get anyone up and running on the track. This is a great track for all drivers – novice to experienced.
Registration will close on Sunday May 1st. Be sure to register early. Priority in being confirmed is based on the date and time you register. ALL DRIVERS WILL BE WAITLISTED UPON REGISTRATION until the event/AMR CDI Team confirms your driving status and availability of an instructor should one be required/requested. Priority will be given to drivers that register for two days.
Billing will be deferred – so register now and pay later! (Charges will be processed on May 2, 2023). We will be using Speed Waivers for this event. Please follow the instructions in the registration area.
Your membership will be validated during registration. If you have not added your PCA Membership please update your profile. If you are a new PCA member and do not have or know your membership number, please contact the registrar. Non-PCA members will be charged a $10 fee in addition to the registration fee.
PLEASE NOTE: BEGINNING 3/8/2023 MSR MAY ADD AN ADDITIONAL $2 SERVICE FEE TO YOUR REGISTRATION. THIS FEE WILL BE CHARGED WHEN WE CHARGE YOU FOR THE EVENT. THIS IS NOT A FEE THAT AMR COLLECTS OR RECEIVES.

Details Soon
There no better way to spend a Saturday Night then to be at Pueblo’s MESA Drive-in Theater sitting in your Porsche, tuned in to their digital audio for the best sound ever! Join us for a Drive from Colorado Springs to the Mesa Drive in.
Please arrive at 5 p.m. at Porsche Colorado Springs.
Movies! Regular Priced tickets and Veterans / First Responders discount tickets:
https://www.mesadrive-in.com/
purchase your tickets online approx. one week before the showing date.
You are purchasing a ticket for access to a screen, not a particular movie on that screen. In other words you are able to watch all movies on that screen for one price. You are able to arrive when you’d like and leave when you’d like, however, you are not allowed to leave the park and reenter.
Movies start at sundown.
They are selling advance tickets online for half of the screen’s current capacity. If tickets are displayed as “Unavailable” here it means that only the online tickets are sold out. The other half will be for sale at the box offices the day of the showing. Gate tickets will be at a first come first served basis so that we can accurately count the number of vehicles on screen.
Purchasing these online tickets does guarantee you access to the screen you purchase for on the date you purchased for, however it does not reserve you a particular spot on that screen.
Simply print the tickets or display them on your smartphone when you arrive at the gates.
Vet / Military / First Responder / Emergency Dr. & Nurse – Please bring work ID with you.
All online ticket sales are final. They play movies rain or shine. (Of course if they ever have to cancel for severe weather or technical difficulties they will refund ticket sales.)
The Mesa Drive-In opened on August 17, 1951. The first movies ever shown on its screen were the American western, The Texas Rangers, and two animated Disney films, Ichabod and Mr. Toad and The Three Little Pigs.
The Mesa Drive-In is Colorado’s largest drive-in movie theatre, It can hold up to 1,000 cars.
This 1950’s style outdoor cinema welcomes guests on a first come, first served basis. Featuring 3 screens with a different double feature showing on each, there is something available for every member of the family.
The drive-in broadcasts sound over an FM radio station. You must have a working radio in your car to hear it. Boom boxes are not permitted, and radio apps will not work.
Lawn chairs are permitted, but they must be contained to your vehicle’s space. Outside food and beverages are allowed. Alcohol is not permitted.
The concession stand remains open during all features and offers a wide variety of food. Enjoy everything from snacks and appetizers to full meals to desserts.
CALL AHEAD MENU for movie viewing $3.00 to $8.75 https://www.mesadrive-in.com/restaurant-menu (Cash or Credit Cards)
Colorado’s other surviving drive-ins are located in Fort Collins, Denver, Monte Visa, Montrose and Delta. In Leadville, the Comanche opened for weekend-only gigs.

Please join us for a great drive to one of Colorado’s most beautiful and scenic resorts. On this tour we’ll drive northeast through Pike National Forest passing through Woodland Park, Deckers, Kenosha and Red Hill Passes, then on through Fairplay, Alma and Hoosier pass, arriving in Breckenridge. Some great twisting roads and magnificent views await you and your copilot!
And upon arrival at the Ice Rink parking lot at the south end of town, we plan to take a group photo at the big Troll. https://brecktroll.com/
We will depart at 8:30 am from Bear Creek Park Pavilions (west side of 21st Street) on Argus Blvd.
Plan to arrive at 8:00 am for event check-in and a mandatory driver’s meeting.
We are not planning an organized post-tour social, however, Breckenridge has many restaurants you may wish to visit on your own or you could bring a picnic lunch to enjoy at one of the town’s beautiful parks. It is a short walk into town from the ice rink, but there are also free town buses which depart from there.
